As an intern for Arconic Finance, you will be a valued member of a high-performance team. The purpose of the Internship Program is to introduce students to Arconic through a challenging and rewarding experience in the planning and forecasting, accounting, cash management, and/or corporate finance areas. Following the Internship, you may be invited to join Arconic as a Full-Time employee.
As an intern, candidates will:
Attend orientation where you’ll learn about Arconic’s culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the company
Receive area-specific training designed to help you succeed
Have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside our fellow interns and the Corporate FP&A team.

Primary Responsibilities
The purpose of the Internship Program is to introduce students to Arconic through a challenging and rewarding experience in the planning and forecasting, accounting, cash management, and/or corporate finance areas.
The candidate will be working on projects and/or process improvement initiatives and interacting with the Corporate and business unit finance leaders on the overall daily activities.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting.
Must have an expected graduation date in Fall 2027, Spring/Summer of 2028, or, Spring/Summer of 2029
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Share an affinity for working with numbers and data.
- Possess strong leadership competencies, and strong team and analytical skills; strategic thinking skills; dedication and enthusiasm for work in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, especially as part of a team; and the ability to understand complex business issues.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with an overall mid-level of expertise in MS Office environments.
Involvement with one or more extracurricular activities, work-study, or off-campus jobs, and/or volunteer positions.
Arconic’s Corporate Center is located on Pittsburgh’s North shore of the Allegheny River with spectacular views of the Pittsburgh skyline and is surrounded by scenic walkways and trails. The Corporate Center is easily accessible from all major interstates and is just blocks away from PNC Park, Market Square and Pittsburgh’s most popular restaurants. The building has a cafeteria that serves a variety of breakfast and lunch options daily. Â
