We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at a thriving 370-unit apartment community in Pittsburgh, PA. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues.
- Respond to service requests with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.
- Maintain the community's interior and exterior to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $21.00–$24.00 per hour
- $1000 sign on bonus
- Up to 50% Rent Discount
- Shared Renewal Commissions
- Morgan Essentials ($300 Quarterly)
- On-Call Appreciation Pay ($15/day)

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Paid rotating on-call schedule required
What We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC/EPA certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to Morgan's PRIDE values
