Wok Cook at Golden Gai

We are looking for a Wok Cook to join our team!  This is a FT position that requires open availability Tuesday through Saturday.

Golden Gai is an izkaya, and features sushi along with hot, savory dishes blending Japanese tradition with local ingredients.  Previous wok experience is very helpful, but saute or hot line experience will also be considered.

Requirements:

-Open availability Tuesday through Saturday
-2+ years working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
-Wok experience is a big advantage!
-Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude with a teamplayer mindset
-Ability to work under pressure
-Must be able to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
