Salary Range: $52,000 - $90,498
Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Purpose/Objective:
Manages the Foundation and Bank’s Community Engagement Programs, including the Colleague Volunteer Program, Financial Wellness Program, and other colleague-community engagement initiatives that may be developed. Coordinates and supports Colleague Resource Network (CRN) activities and operations under the direction of management. Provides operational support to the Beacon Bank Foundation/Beacon Bank Charitable Giving.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manages the Colleague Volunteer Program, providing support and guidance to members of the Regional Volunteer Councils. Identifies and recommends potential volunteer projects, coordinates planning, promotes participation, and works with non-profit beneficiaries.
- Oversees all administrative aspects of the Volunteer Program including its software record-keeping system and reporting. Provides regular reports to the Director of Foundation & Charitable Giving, Regional Volunteer Councils, Management and appropriate bank committees on program results.
- Coordinates and supports Colleague Resource Network (CRN) activities and operations under the direction of management, including scheduling, communications, event logistics, participation tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure effective program execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinates Beacon Bank’s Financial Wellness Program, including online digital offering and curriculum used in delivery of financial education. Works to identify financial education delivery opportunities and encourages and facilitates colleague participation. Tracks activities and results.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to promote the Bank and Foundation’s programs internally and externally.
- Manages Vendor Relationships and Strategic Partnerships. Serves as point person for Blackbaud CSR Connect software. Ensures effective and efficient operation of Blackbaud systems.
- Serves as back-up to the Director of Foundation & Charitable Giving in representing the Foundation and Bank in the community by attending and/or speaking at events and serving on approved Boards, committees and special projects in the regions served by the Bank.
- Helps ensure the Bank achieves Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) service goals as it relates to volunteerism.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience:
- 3-5 years administrative and/or operational experience in business or with a non-profit organization
- Experience in volunteer coordination
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects
Skills & Knowledge:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail oriented, organized, and professional
- Self-started, fast learner, and adaptable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to persuade & influence key stakeholders and represent the company with diverse constituencies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong event and project management background capable of managing large-scale, complex projects with discipline and flexibility
- Experience with Blackbaud a plus
