Full-Time Retail Sales Person

What you will do:

The Retail Store Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment. This role plays a key part in creating a positive shopping experience and achieving store sales goals.

Schedule is currently Tuesday- Saturday 8-9 hour shifts, but it may change in the future as business dictates, including Sundays.

The ideal candidate will have:

Assist / ring up consumers, able to handle transactions that are both card & cash
Maintain accurate inventory
Ensure profitability of sales
Stay up to date on product knowledge
Work with E&O manager / brand managers to help move E&O inventory
Make bank deposits and get change as needed.
Count register down at end of night.
Use forklift and/or pallet jack to move product into store.
Keep store neat, orderly, and safe.
Flexible schedule due to business needs

Additional qualifications that will help you be successful in this role:

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Ability to use a pallet jack.
Fork-lift certified, or willing to become certified
Basic computer skills (Email, internet, Microsoft Excel)
Basic math skills with or without the aid of a register and/or calculator
Ability to use a credit card terminal.

Working Conditions:

Ability to work alone and without supervision
Working environment may be noisy, dusty, hot, or cold, and requires awareness of surroundings as some time is spent in the warehouse.
Position requires reliable transportation as trips to the bank before or after shift are required.
Ability to lift up to & including 50 lbs
Physical movements such as standing, walking, lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, and overhead movements.
