Overview
This role leads the emerging technology space for IAM, evaluating multiple products and capabilities in support of business growth, support all critical cross functional AOP programs collaborating across business and application teams. Setup the right standards for IAM. Partner with AI team and implement IAM for AI and AI in IAM across services. Drive Non-Human Identity (NHI) discovery, visibility and remediation with central dashboards across systems and global identities.

Lead the AI Agent Security, identifying the right platforms and setting up and sustain the right solutions to embed security from start enabling trust across the enterprise AI Agent implementations. In addition, lead the AOP efforts across IAM and lead the IAM solution collaborating with relevant teams on critical global programs like One NA, IT/OT etc. Lead the innovation and emerging technology evaluations across new and existing vendors and setting up new capabilities in the IAM space to support the business growth for PepsiCo. Also expand the organization to build a central team across IAM services bringing in automation and optimization across processes.
Responsibilities
This is a highly complex role driving solutions and technology evolution for Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across the Enterprise. This role requires evaluating new capabilities and solutions across IAM, interaction with global Architecture, Cross functional, application and stake holder teams globally to delivery and solution ensuring compliance with standards. This role will require managing the solutions delivered end to end with a high focus on strategy, build, delivery and execution with some operational support including decision making aligning with leadership and key stake holders.Â

- Lead the emerging technologies in security across all Identity and Access Management (IAM) services
- Evaluate new technologies in IAM space including conducting proof of concepts (POCs)
- Lead AI solutions for IAM services driving innovation and transformation
- Establishes AI agent security framework and roadmap that aligns with security foundations and PepsiCo’s overarching enterprise vision
- Drive technical solutions across projects and programs for IAM tools and services
- Responsible for evaluations, roadmaps, architectures of highly scalable Identity, authentication, Directory, privileged access, Non Human Identities (NHI), AI for IAM, IAM for AI, Federation and Single Sign On services involving enterprise, B2B and B2C identity requirements.
- Work closely with design and implementation engineers and drive building solutions across common IAM services
- Partner with technology and security teams across PepsiCo to provide technical expertise, design guidance and drive best practices.
- Catalog risk embedded in legacy implementations and help define the path to industry leading secure designs and services
- Create and deliver effective presentations that inform PepsiCo Leadership teams to ultimately drive business relevant information security decisions.
- Establish appropriate stakeholder relationships that facilitate improvements in the architect’s domain.
- Gather requirements and guide / recommend the right integration pattern for applications needing services, taking into consideration the impact to the environment and standards set in PepsiCo across AOP projects
- Drive technical integrations across IAM and ensure the right architecture/design is implemented in enabling the business partnering across appropriate architects and leads
- Developing general purpose services, usable by a variety of authorized systems and applications
- Interaction with application teams to gather requirements, design and deliver solution to integrate with PepsiCo IAM products
- Advocate secure computing practices and procedures and communicate Information Security best practices throughout the company.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly identifying the best option in an emergency situation
- Ability to work with different teams and interact with technical and business folks across the Enterprise

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $132,200 - $262,400.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Bachelors or master's in computer science, information security, or non-computer related degree with equivalent work experience.
- 15+ years overall IT experience
- 10+ years of information security experience with a focus in relevant IAM, SSO, MFA and PKI technologies
- 7+ years in overall security standards, policies
- 7+ years’ experience in an identity architecture role
- 3+ years working with AI and implementing solutions
- 6+ years of experience with Identity Management solutions such as CA idM, sailpoint
- 6+ years of experience with Access Management solutions such as CA SiteMinder, Okta
- 3+ years’ experience working with PKI
- 8+ years strong troubleshooting experience across application stack and architecture
- 8+ years of experience with web application management
- 5+ years of working experience with building and using scripting tools
- Advanced experience in identity life cycle management, enterprise authentication architecture and design including significant knowledge across IAM services.
- In-depth experience with defining secure and hardened information technology solutions including IAM services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.
- High degree of flexibility and ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization with diverse backgrounds. Strong desire to drive change.
- Ability to balance the long-term big picture and short-term implications of decisions.
- An innovative technical mindset with a focus on architecture, strategy, and design, including emerging trends and technologies in the space
