Job DetailsJob Location: TCC#10-Preston Rd - Plano, TX 75093Overview We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in electrical systems and working knowledge of plumbing and general building maintenance. This role is responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical issues, maintaining plumbing systems, and performing day-to-day upkeep across all facility operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, including panels, wiring, lighting, motors, and control systems. Perform routine plumbing maintenance, such as repairing leaks, clearing drains, replacing fixtures, and troubleshooting water supply systems. Handle a variety of general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, door hardware, and minor HVAC maintenance Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly and professionally. Ensure all electrical and plumbing work complies with applicable codes and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Conduct routine inspections of building systems and equipment to identify issues before they become critical. Maintain logs and documentation of all maintenance work, inspections, and repairs. Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations. Participate in after-hours on-call rotations for emergency repairs as needed.
