As a Roofing Sales Representative + Project Coordinator, you'll work directly with homeowners, identify potential storm damage, help guide customers through the restoration process, and stay involved with their roofing project from the initial inspection through completion.

No roofing experience? That's okay.

We provide paid training, hands-on field coaching, and ongoing mentorship to teach you the industry and give you the tools to succeed.

What You'll Do

You'll spend most of your time in the field working directly with homeowners throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meet with homeowners in residential neighborhoods
• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach and referrals
• Offer complimentary roof and property inspections
• Inspect properties for potential storm-related damage
• Take photos and document damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing and storm restoration options
• Help customers understand the insurance restoration process
• Meet with insurance adjusters
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners
• Coordinate roofing restoration projects from inspection through completion
• Build customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Represent Heritage professionally in the communities we serve

We'll Train You

You don't need to know roofing before you start.

Our 90-day paid training program is designed to teach you:

• Roofing and storm damage fundamentals
• How to inspect residential roofs
• Our proven sales process
• How to approach and communicate with homeowners
• Insurance restoration basics
• Customer relationship management
• Project coordination
• How to manage a roofing project from start to finish

You'll receive hands-on field coaching with experienced Heritage team members.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather
• Ability to walk residential neighborhoods and perform door-to-door outreach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Ability to work throughout Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding DFW communities

Compensation

During Paid Training

You'll receive a combination of:

• $500 weekly base pay
• $250 per verified claim
• 10% AGP commission on completed jobs

This gives you the opportunity to begin earning while learning the business.

After Training

After successfully completing training, you'll transition into Heritage's performance-based commission structure.
