MTH Pumps of Plano, IL is seeking to hire a full-time Shipping & Receiving Associate to work as part of a team to meet increased demands of our CNC production floor. This position offers a competitive wage of $17 to $20 per hour (with $1 increase after 90 days), tuition reimbursement, and we offer medical and dental insurance. MTH Pumps operates Monday-Friday, 7:30 am- 4 pm, so they also enjoy having their evenings free!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Warehouse Team Member
No two days are the same for a warehouse team member! Responsibilities range from receiving product at the dock, stowing and picking parts for orders and shipping completed pumps and orders to customers. Variety is the spice of life and as a member of the warehouse team, you will not be doing the same repetitive tasks all day. Most days will be assisting packaging and preparing pump and parts orders for shipment. Â
RESPONSIBILITIES
•   Pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage in transit
•   Prepare and verify shipping documentation (packing slips, bills of lading, customs paperwork for international orders, etc.)
•   Coordinate with carriers (LTL, parcel, freight) to schedule pickups and track shipments
•   Receive incoming materials and components, verify against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepancies
•   Accurately enter shipping and receiving transactions into our ERP system
•   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving areaÂ
•   Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment safely
•   Collaborate with production, purchasing and customer service to resolve shipping issues or expedite priority orders
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain certification
- Comfort with basic computer systems and ERP/inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with documentation
- Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds with or without an accommodation
