As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our community running smoothly and providing exceptional service to our residents. Your day will include:

Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and more

Completing maintenance requests and vacant-unit punch work

️ Performing preventative maintenance and property inspections

Providing friendly, professional service to residents

Participating in an on-call rotation

Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas safe, clean, and organized


What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • EPA Type I & II or Universal certification
  • 1–5 years of apartment or related maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
