What You'll Do
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your restaurant by:
- Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
- Leading and coaching Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members
- Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence
- Managing labor, inventory, and controllable costs
- Creating a positive, engaging work environment
- Ensuring outstanding guest service and hospitality
- Maintaining compliance with company, safety, and food service standards
- Executing local marketing and community engagement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Experience managing budgets, labor, scheduling, and P&L performance
- Current ServSafe Certification preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High energy, strong sense of urgency, and commitment to results
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Reliable transportation and communication
