Waldron Private Wealth (Waldron) is looking for a Client Service Specialist to provide operational and administrative assistance to the Client Services (CS) Department and concierge level administrative service for the firm’s high net-worth clients.
 
In this role you will:
  1. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and client satisfaction. 
  2. Gather, research, and resolve standard client related issues and concerns. To resolve more complex client related issues and concerns, work with the guidance of a Client Service Team Lead. 
  3. Implement financial planning strategies including, but not limited to, IRA contributions/conversions, 401k rollovers, life insurance, gifting, charitable contributions, etc. 
  4. Manage the onboarding process of new clients by facilitating or overseeing account openings, transfer requests and account reconciliations for individual’s Trusts, LLCs, LPs, etc.
  5. Set up and maintain various client transactions (e.g. cash management, insurance, tax payments, real estate transactions, payments, receivables, etc.) within the custodian system via check, EFT, wire transfer, etc. 
  6. Collaborate with other firm employees and external accountants, attorneys, centers of influence individuals, trustees, and financial entities involved in the process to serve the needs of the client. 
  7. Create and maintain accurate client records (e.g. contact details, client document filing, etc.) in our CRM and with our custodians and third-party providers.
  8. Oversee and track liquid assets/accounts including, but not limited to, alternative assets, hedge fund holdings, etc.
  9. Create, analyze, and distribute various reports from custodian and data aggregation platforms for internal and external customers.
  10. Track and verify client/prospect pipeline activity. 

Experience/Education Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related field required. Demonstrated related experience may be substituted for required education.
  2. Minimum of three (3) years of experience within the financial industry required.
  3. Minimum of one (1) year of experience with investment accounts, retirement accounts, hedge funds, private equities, trust accounts, LLC’s and/or LP’s required.
  4. Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with Salesforce, Sharepoint, Wealthscape, and VeoOne preferred.
