What You'll Do
- Process Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable accurately and efficiently
- Assist with automotive titles, deals, and dealership accounting documentation
- Maintain organized files and accurate business records
- Provide professional phone and internal customer service
- Assist the Business Office with additional accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive accounting experience required
- Accounts Payable/Receivable experience preferred
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Professional, dependable, and trustworthy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or higher preferred
