The Ray Price Dealerships are growing at our Mount Pocono location. We're looking for experienced CDJR Technicians to add to our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection.
- Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
- Road test vehicles
- Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
- Install optional equipment specified by the customer or dealer. keep shop area neat and clean.
- What You’ll Need:
- Previous experience a plus
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in the use of shop tools
- Great attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing including a background check
