Job Description

As a Security Officer Fluent Spanish Customer Service Patrol in Pomona, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to concerns with integrity and professionalism. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a grocery retail location.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading and receiving areas, and business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within assigned areas, and report security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and daily documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
