Responsibilities

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

  • Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees. 
  • Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property and the property itself. Identify, diagnose, and repair items related to maintenance of such facilities.
  • Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts. Identify repair/replacement need, diagnose repair resources needed, and analyze preventative maintenance needs.
  • Advanced to expert Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators. Ability to diagnose problems with the systems and repair as necessary 
  • Diagnose the need for and perform all duties related to advanced or expert level painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.
  • Analyze the need for preventative maintenance, design a schedule of such maintenance and perform preventative maintenance as scheduled.
  • Assist in maintaining a spotless casino by disposing of any cups, glasses, bottles, or other items left on the floor by guests.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees. Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities, and assist as needed.
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same. 
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts and work locations may change.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Proficient in English verbal and written
  • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a 1055 gaming license.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license and maintain good driving record. 
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • A certification in a trade school or 4-6 years’ experience in facilities maintenance of which may include 2+ years at level of Maintenance Technician I and II or a combination of education/experience. 
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. 


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to push and pull up to 250 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds, and up to 250 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
  • Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment
  • Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
  • Must be able to work from a standing or sitting position and/or walking motion for extended period
  • Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment

The Gaming Analytics Department is responsible for leading all analytical work related to table games, slots, poker and other gaming products. Our team works with table games and slots operational leadership, Shared Services (ESS Gaming), and property leadership (AGMs/GMs) to optimize the gaming floor and explore/test new products. Some of their activities include:
  • Gaming asset optimization: making recommendations for the types of table games and number of slot units necessary to satisfy demand.
  • Creating and updating recurring product performance models and reports
  • Advising gaming leadership: analyzing and reporting on the financial performance and profitability of table games and slot units on a monthly basis.
  • Assisting with ad hoc analyses
