We are looking for experienced roofing crews, individual roofers, and motivated helpers for steady, year-round work throughout Southeast Florida.

Already have an established roofing crew or operate as an independent contractor? We want to hear from you too. Qualified independent crews and contractors are encouraged to contact us for consideration regarding available subcontracting opportunities.

Experience with tile, shingle, metal, TPO, modified bitumen, and other roofing systems is especially valuable.

EMPLOYEE OPPORTUNITIES

Experienced employee roofers may qualify for piece-rate compensation, providing excellent earning potential based on productivity and experience.

Experienced Roofer Earning Potential: $60,000–$100,000+ annually

Want to build your roofing experience? We are also looking for dependable helpers and laborers who are ready to work, learn the trade, and grow with the company.

You must be comfortable working outdoors, working at heights, performing physical labor, and following all company safety requirements.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS & CREWS

Have your own established roofing crew or roofing business?

We are also interested in speaking with qualified independent roofing contractors and established crews regarding subcontracting opportunities.

Independent contractors must meet applicable licensing, insurance, documentation, safety, and subcontractor qualification requirements. Subcontracting opportunities are separate from employee positions and are subject to approval and availability.
