Essential Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service to all members and guests.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and assist with spa services and general information.
• Answer telephone calls and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Perform general reception and cashiering duties accurately.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Use computer and reservation systems efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with spa providers and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hotel, resort, spa, or reception experience is preferred.
• Computer and general cashiering experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must meet the Club’s professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Must consistently meet or exceed member, guest, and team expectations.

Schedule

The Spa operates Monday through Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be available to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
