THE TYPE OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT COACH WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

Valid driver's license
Strong computer skills and software fluency

Experience and education in workforce development, counseling, or a related field is a plus!

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR CAREER DEVELOPMENT COACH

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

In this role, you'll spend your day working one-on-one with clients, helping them build essential job readiness skills, discover their strengths, and identify meaningful career paths. You'll assess each individual's aptitude, interests, and capabilities to guide them toward achievable employment goals. Through ongoing program monitoring and consultations, you'll provide encouragement, accountability, and practical tools that move clients forward.
