Reconstruction Tech
$25-$30 per hour
What you’ll actually do
$25-$30 per hour
What you’ll actually do
- Framing and minor structural repairs
- Drywall hanging, mudding, taping, sanding, and finishing
- Texture matching (knockdown, orange peel, etc.)
- Baseboard, trim, door and casing install
- Flooring install (LVP, laminate, hardwood)
- Tile installation (floors and showers)
- Tile layout, cutting, setting, and grouting
- Carpet removal and reinstall
- Caulking, sealing, and punch work
- Demo when needed
- Keeping jobs clean and organized
You’re expected to
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Produce clean, straight, professional finishes
- Protect customer property
- Communicate job progress clearly
- Keep your truck stocked and organized
- Rotate on-call when scheduled
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years construction experience preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Able to lift 75 lbs regularly
- Comfortable using job apps/photos for documentation
- Strong work ethic
