Job Overview
Assembler I is an entry-level role responsible for assembling parts and products under direct supervision. This position focuses on learning assembly processes, following instructions, and meeting basic production, safety, and quality requirements.Â
A Day In The Life
Assemble parts and components following work instructions and supervisionÂ
Perform basic assembly tasks using hand and power toolsÂ
Inspect own work for basic quality standardsÂ
Maintain clean and organized work area (6S/Lean practices)Â
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPEÂ
Move materials within the work area as neededÂ
Support team production goals and daily output requirementsÂ
Requires direct supervision and coachingÂ
Developing consistency in safety, quality, and productivityÂ
Demonstrates willingness to learn and follow directionÂ
