We are seeking skilled and dependable Electrical estimator to join our growing team. This role focuses estimating projects, coordinating bid submittals, and supporting Project Managers through course of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attending job walks.
• Construction takeoffs and estimating.
• Subcontractor/Vendor quote procurement.
• Proposal creation / bid submission.
• Organizing and maintaining bidding information.
• Bill of Materials creation.
• Purchasing assistance.
• Apply various other company/bidding processes.

Qualifications:

• Electrical construction estimating background and/or education (5 years+).
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Demonstrated strong computer skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to problem solve and use critical thinking to identify challenges.
• Negotiation skills.
• Budgeting and accounting knowledge.
• Conest / Accubid Estimating Software desired.
