This is a hands-on, detail-driven support role, not a desk-only position. A valid Class A CDL is required, along with a clean driving record.

The Day-to-Day

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for driver training initiatives, ELD activities, vehicle maintenance coordination, and audit preparation
  • Track invoicing, billing, and recordkeeping tied to fleet operations
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams and external partners, including vendors and training participants
  • Provide backup support for the compliance side of the team

What It Takes

  • High school diploma + 3 years relevant experience, or Associate's degree + 1 year relevant experience
  • Valid Class A CDL, minimum 5 consecutive years of clean driving history
  • Extensive hands-on experience operating diverse CMV types is required - this is not an entry-level CDL A role

  • Experience training, mentoring, or coaching others in a commercial vehicle environment
  • Comfortable with Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a regulated environment
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands

Important Items

  • Safety Sensitive position requiring all persons assigned to this activity be drug-free and successfully pass drug screening prior to employment
