We’re seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join a collaborative clinical team in Portland. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with patients across a range of diagnoses and functional needs while developing individualized treatment approaches that support communication, swallowing, cognition, and overall quality of life.

️ Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct speech, language and functional assessments to identify patient needs and establish appropriate clinical goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient condition, functional status, and rehabilitation goals
- Monitor patient progress, modify treatment approaches, and document clinical outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, families, and other members of the care team to support coordinated patient care
✅ What We’re Looking For::
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program, or equivalent education/experience
- Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license required upon hire
- AHA National Provider BLS certification required upon hire
- Experience in speech and language evaluation and treatment
