What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:

• Movement Tracking: Accurately document product and material movements to support smooth day-to-day operations.

• Chassis Inspection: Check in incoming chassis, verify measurements, perform visual inspections, and accurately document findings.

• Team Support: Provide hands-on guidance and on-the-job training to help team members succeed.

• Safety First: Follow company safety requirements and help reinforce safe work practices with new and existing team members.

• Operational Flexibility: Step in across functional areas as needed to keep work moving and support the team.

• Additional Support: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support department and operational success.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work overtime, Saturdays, and rotating shifts as business needs require.

• Teamwork & Independence: Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in and support the Poindexter Production System (PPS), 5S, Lean, TPM, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.

Physical Requirements

• Step into the heart of our bustling manufacturing plant, where every move counts! You’ll stay active - standing, walking, and using your hands to tackle hands-on tasks with precision. From lifting up to 35 pounds to bending, squatting, reaching high, or crawling into tight spots, no two days are the same. Repetitive handwork keeps you sharp, and climbing ladders or working at heights is part of the role.
