Biotechnologist II-Cell Therapy

Location: Portsmouth, NH, USA

Shift: 12 Hour Rotating/A Shift Days

What you will do

  • Perform manufacturing operations within cell therapy production areas while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.

  • Support technical transfer and operational readiness activities for new customer programs.

  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and cross-functional teams to deliver clinical and commercial products.

  • Train colleagues on new processes, equipment, and manufacturing systems.

  • Author, review, and maintain manufacturing documentation, including batch records, SOPs, and work instructions.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and operational performance.

  • Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP, EHS, and site procedures.

What we are looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in biology or a related life sciences field preferred.

  • Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, cell therapy, or a related industry.

  • Knowledge of GMP principles and regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment preferred.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to quality, safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
