External Client Care Coordinator
Comfort Keepers is looking for a caring, organized, and service-driven professional to join our team as a Client Care Coordinator. This is a meaningful role where you help connect families with the right care, support caregivers in the field, and ensure every client receives smooth, reliable, and compassionate service from day one.

What This Role Involves
- Â Acting as a trusted point of contact for families seeking home care servicesÂ
- Â Building care plans by coordinating schedules between caregivers and clientsÂ
- Â Supporting smooth onboarding and orientation for new caregivers joining the teamÂ
- Â Handling daily updates, service changes, and communication between all parties involvedÂ
- Â Visiting or checking in on client situations to ensure care quality and satisfactionÂ
- Â Maintaining accurate records and keeping documentation up to date for complianceÂ
- Â Working closely with office staff to improve service flow and resolve concerns quicklyÂ
- Â Participating in outreach activities and helping connect with potential caregivers in the communityÂ
- Â Managing scheduling adjustments and solving day-to-day coordination challengesÂ
- Â Attending team discussions and contributing to overall service improvementÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Â Strong communication skills with a warm and professional approachÂ
- Â Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, people-focused environmentÂ
- Â Comfortable working with basic computer tools and office systemsÂ
- Â Problem-solver who can handle situations calmly and effectivelyÂ
- Â Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently when neededÂ
- Â Customer service experience is an advantage but not requiredÂ

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
