Duties:
- Field incoming phone calls
- Schedule service calls and installs when product arrives
- Use internal CRM and dispatching software to organize field techs’ day
- Interact with customers and vendors
- Enter detailed notes into CRM regarding customer installations, details of purchase, pertinent information and notes
- Follow up on all installs and service calls for any post work needed
- Work with outside sales team with basic general inquiries regarding the items sold
- Work with vendors to order parts and job materials
- Process basic payments using our CRM
- Help keep basic office supply closet tidy and stocked
- Help keep track of parts/inventory for items used by field techs
- Stay in touch with customers during the duration of the project, from confirming their order was placed, confirming their install date, calling post install for customer feedback
- Basic miscellaneous clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Experience using Service Titan or House Call Pro software a HUGE plus!
- Upbeat, enthusiastic, positive, willingness to learn and grow with the company (long term employment and 'move up ladder' goals)
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Works well in a FAST-paced environment
- Strong Attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Extremely organized
- Strong geographical knowledge of the San Diego area for scheduling appointments for field techs
- Enjoys working in a casual environment, but conducts him/herself in an extremely professional manner
- Previous experience in construction, home improvement, or property management a plus*
- Bilingual a plus*Â
