QUALITY ASSURANCE LOAD AUDITOR

San Diego, CA
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – Finish
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: Potential to earn $700–$800 per week, paid weekly
Overtime: None
Benefits: Available after 60 days of employment

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Load Auditor to help ensure incoming grocery loads meet established quality and compliance standards. In this hands-on role, you’ll inspect loads as they arrive, identify quality or compliance issues, document findings using a tablet, and communicate accurate information to the appropriate team.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, pays close attention to detail, is comfortable using technology, and takes pride in getting the job done right. You’ll be an important part of maintaining load quality and helping our operations deliver consistent results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Inspect incoming grocery loads and evaluate overall quality
• Review loads for quality and compliance violations
• Identify potential issues and determine root causes using established tablet procedures
• Take clear, detailed photographs to document violations, using multiple angles when necessary
• Gather up to 30 photographs when needed to properly document a violation
• Validate information before submitting violation reports
• Accurately document findings using a tablet
• Communicate identified issues clearly and professionally
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Manage your time effectively to complete inspections accurately and efficiently

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures for extended periods

• Reliable and consistent with attendance and scheduled work hours
• Comfortable following detailed procedures and quality standards

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position requires extended periods of standing and working around incoming grocery loads. The work may involve exposure to cold temperatures for extended periods, so candidates should be comfortable working in refrigerated or cold-weather environments.

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment (concrete floors, changing temperatures)
  • Ability to frequently bend, crouch, stoop, and twist
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Visual acuity to inspect loads
