Product manager (Gamification)

Responsibilities:

• Own the launch, operation, and continuous improvement of gamification mechanics within the product;

• Take ownership of the gamification feature currently in development and drive it through successful launch;

• Define and track key product metrics for the gamification functionality;

• Define key business metrics and understand how the functionality contributes to business results;

• Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement within the product functionality;

• Set measurable goals for improving product metrics;

• Develop and execute a roadmap for achieving business goals through improvements in product metrics;

• Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for optimization;

• Formulate and prioritize product hypotheses, test them, and measure their impact;

• Work closely with Design, Development, Analytics, and other stakeholders to implement and iterate on product improvements;

• Use data and user insights to make product decisions and drive measurable business impact.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in casino / iGaming products;

• Hands-on experience with gamification mechanics in casino / iGaming;

• Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to distinguish between good and poor user experience;

• Ability to identify growth opportunities and improvement points within a product feature;

• Strong understanding of product and business metrics and how they influence each other;

• Ability to translate business goals into measurable product goals and metrics;

• Ability to influence business metrics through product changes and improvements;

• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to product management;

• Experience formulating product hypotheses, defining success metrics, and evaluating results;

• Strong ownership and ability to take a feature from development through launch and further optimization.
