As a Medical Receptionist, you will be one of the first and last people our patients interact with, making you an important part of creating an outstanding experience at every visit.

·       Welcome patients and create a friendly, positive first impression

·       Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately

·       Answer phones and assist patients with questions

·       Schedule and manage patient appointments

·       Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient information

·       Complete paperwork and support general front-office operations

·       Help educate patients about routine and medical eye care

·       Provide attentive, compassionate service throughout the patient experience

No medical office experience? That's okay. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and are looking for the right person with the attitude, dependability, and desire to learn.

Required Qualifications

·       High school diploma or equivalent

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

·       Comfortable interacting with patients throughout the day

·       Willingness to learn new skills and accept feedback

·       Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

·       Interest in growing within the healthcare field

·       Desire to build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement

·       Previous medical, optometry, customer service, or receptionist experience is helpful, but not required

·       Job Type: Full-time

·       Shift: 8-hour shifts
