SequelCare of Arizona provides office and community-based therapeutic services for adults and adolescents, located all around the state of Arizona. We have therapeutic foster care homes and adolescent/adult group homes, providing a continuum of care as needed.

The Job
We are seeking talented individuals to help drive the success of youth and adults in our residential group homes.

Snapshot of Daily Duties

  1. Obtain referral packets from placing agencies.
  2. Create and maintain referral list
  3. Review referral packets and gather relevant information.
  4. Schedule and invite placing agency representatives and guardians to interview.
  5. Orientate the client with SCOA expectations.

The Must Haves

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Over the age of 21
  • Maturity, empathy and patience
  • Be special – Not everyone can do what we do
  • The ideal candidate must have the ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment and follow proper protocols
