Job Summary**
Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking an experienced and highly motivated F&I Manager to oversee all aspects of our finance and insurance department. The F&I Manager will be responsible for maximizing profitability by offering financial products, services, and accessories to customers, while ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Compensation*
$90-$180k annually
Job Responsibilities**
* Present and sell financing and insurance options to customers, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and other aftermarket products.
* Work with various financial institutions to secure competitive rates and terms for customers.
* Prepare and process all necessary financial documentation accurately and efficiently.
* Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including truth-in-lending and privacy laws.
* Maintain strong relationships with lenders and cultivate new partnerships.
* Train and mentor sales staff on F&I product knowledge and presentation techniques.
* Monitor and analyze F&I department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals.
* Resolve customer concerns and complaints related to F&I products and services.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and F&I process.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Job Qualifications**
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership setting.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and maximizing F&I profitability.
* In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and applicable regulations.
* Strong understanding of federal and state compliance requirements (e.g., Reg Z, FTC Safeguards Rule).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport with customers and close deals effectively.
* Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and F&I software.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
