We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospitality Manager to lead and train our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both hospitality and management, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and mentor staff to maintain the highest standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop the hospitality team to deliver a world-class luxury spa experience.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on customer service, guest relations, and operational procedures.
  • Mentor staff and provide ongoing feedback to ensure team members perform at their best.
  • Ensure guests receive exceptional service from check-in to departure, anticipating needs and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience and exceed expectations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all hospitality services.
  • Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and productivity to optimize workforce management.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and overall spa ambiance in line with luxury expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the spa facilities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing revenue without compromising service quality.
  • Oversee inventory control for hospitality-related supplies and amenities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to report on performance metrics, guest feedback, and operational issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in hospitality management, preferably within a luxury spa or hotel setting.
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and training.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of spa or wellness center operations.
  • Experience with budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software.
