The Sign Installer is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. The Sign Installer is also detail-oriented, works well on their own or with a small team and in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Leader of 2-man install team
- Sign installation and service
- Full-time availability (40+ hours/week); OT regularly
- Interface with customers
- Maintain cleanliness, maintenance and organization of assigned company trucks, tools, hardware and equipment.
- Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
- Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign installation professional
- Sign production, as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a professional sign installer
- Hands-on ingenuity
- Expertise in using all types of hand tools
- Experience with bucket truck and man lift operations
- Knowledgeable of painting, welding, and sign making activities a PLUS!
