Sisters of the Humility of Mary are seeking a full-time Facilities Services Manager to oversee the daily assignments and operations of the maintenance department. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established, mission-focused nonprofit organization and lead a dedicated team while fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and excellence.

The Facilities Services Manager will supervise, assist with, and schedule the daily work of maintenance personnel to ensure productivity and quality. Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; coordinating with on-campus contractors; promoting safe work practices; training and orienting staff; and collaborating on preventive maintenance programs. The position will also assist with purchasing parts and supplies, maintaining department records, preparing, and implementing operating and capital budgets, completing employee performance evaluations, and supporting the Director of Facilities Management with overall department operations and planning. The Manager will assume the Director's duties in their absence and participate in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency conditions and maintain critical operations.

Candidates must have a minimum of five years of supervisory experience and a high school diploma, GED, or post-secondary certificate. Working knowledge of steam and chilled-water mechanical systems is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strong and inspiring leader with excellent communication skills who is adaptable, decisive, dependable, and committed to teamwork and service.
