Manager In Training – Food & Beverage 

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage leadership team. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application. 

 

What You Will Do 

Learn and develop functional management skills in a variety of situations and environments through hotel-wide departmental rotation and home department placement's, with the goal to be promoted to an Assistant Manager based on ability and performance.    

What you bring  

•   College education, hotel or business administration degree preferred. 

•   Excellent communication and organizational skills 

•   Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language 

•   Excellent human relations skills; proven experience in dealing with employee and guest situations in a positive and effective manner. 

•   Hawaii Food Handler Card 

•   Maui Liquor Card 

•   ServSafe (within 3 months) 

•   Tuberculosis Clearance 

What To Expect 

•    Full time schedule (45+ hour workweek) based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
