The Opportunity:
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) JCITA program is the crown jewel of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community enterprise in enabling CI personnel in their mission to protect our nation from adversarial threats. CI Agents' abilities to counter espionage, terrorism, and insider threats hinge upon JCITA's advanced CI training.

From its inception, our JCITA Instructor program has grown and evolved well past the original vision. Changes in the CI landscape have necessitated the support of an agile, innovative team, and a solid business partner in CACI, to ensure the program continues to deliver the quantity and quality of training for a successful DoD CI program.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing world-class Cl Surveillance Course {CSC) instruction.
Plan, conduct, and-debrief instruction of discreet CI surveillance operations in support of Cl missions (JAW EO 12333, the Intelligence Authorization Act, and the DoD 5240. /6) so that graduates can proficiently conduct discreet CI surveillance and closely observe the activities of a person of CI interest without compromising a Cl investigation or operation.
Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCR. Travel within CONUS is required up to seven (7) times per year for two weeks each time.
You will provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in OFCO support to CI.
Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI w/Poly or ability to obtain poly.
- Five yearsofdemonstratedexperience conducting, instructing, orsupervising DoD Cl surveillance.
- Possess expertknowledgeofthreat country foreign intelligence entities' (FIE) methodologies and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Experience asa JCITA Cl Surveillance Course Instructor or bea graduate of theJCITA Cl SurveillanceCourse.
- Abletositand standfor uptotwo(2)hours at one time andbe able to walk for up to five (5) miles in one day.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
