Serving as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and Chipotle's Data Insights and Analytics (DI&A) and IT organizations, this role translates business needs into clear requirements, prioritizes them through technology capacity planning, and enables scalable process, data, and systems solutions. Working within Supply Chain leadership's strategic priorities, the Senior Manager partners across Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA), Suppliers, Distribution Centers, DI&A, and IT product owners to identify inefficiencies, design future-state processes, and lead implementation, change management, and adoption of new capabilities. The role owns Supply Chain process standards, SOPs, process-map governance, master data governance, and stewardship of Supply Chain visibility tools and services, while serving as the Supply Chain lead for technology initiatives and system integrations, including Oracle enhancements, AI, RFID, and traceability solutions.
