What You'll Be Doing

  • Participate in a structured 18-24 month rotational program across aggregates operations, maintenance, quality, sales, and environmental functions.
  • Build leadership capabilities by partnering with plant leaders to drive operational excellence, safety, and performance initiatives.
  • Analyze production, operational, and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
  • Lead and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency, productivity, customer service, and sustainable operations.
  • Develop the knowledge and skills needed to progress into future leadership roles within Aggregates operations.
     

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, Geology, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, professional, military, volunteer, or extracurricular experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
  • Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, adaptability, and learning in a fast-paced operational environment.
     

Work Environment

  • Hands-on experience in quarry and aggregates operations with exposure to production, maintenance, and business functions.
  • Combination of field-based and office-based work in an active industrial environment.
  • Frequent interaction with operational leaders, frontline teams, customers, and support functions.
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Travel may be required to support rotations, training activities, and business needs throughout the program.
