Identify and prioritize multiple projects and perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes. Preparation of reports, metrics, and other tracking tools will allow this employee to succeed.  Key Responsibilities  Forecast and coordinate a schedule.   Produce a maintenance schedule.  Overseeing the execution of your plan or schedule.  Evaluating proposals for the expansion or updating of your schedule.  Monitoring any inconsistencies and making adjustments to improve efficiency.  Reporting on progress and any issues that emerge.  Close attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.   Good problem-solving skills  Support Maintenance Control with scheduling issues as needed  Other duties as needed Skills and Abilities: Being a self-starter who is highly motivated with strong initiative Interpersonal skills with an emphasis on strong communication skills in both oral and written forms Effective time management  Attention to detail Focus on excellence Adaptability Accountability and having hard conversations Competencies Microsoft Office Suites  More than proficient in Excel CAMP and or Veryon Work Environment  On-site Raleigh office (not a remote or hybrid position)   Typical office and computer lab environment  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.  Physical Demands Ability to see and hear clearly Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods Ability to regularly lift/move up to 30 pounds Dress Code and Uniform Well-groomed appearance Adherence to department dress code EEO Statement  flyExclusive does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sex stereotyping, gender identity, gender expression or transgender status), national origin, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, age, protected genetic information, status as a parent, marital status, political affiliation, or retaliation based on prior protected EEO activity. QualificationsRequired Qualifications  High School diploma or Equivalent   3-5 years with experience in Aviation field, corporate preferred.  Have good prioritization and multitasking skills.  Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, etc.) Be able to work with tight deadlines.  Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check prior to employment.
