Location: Raleigh, NC Schedule: Monday–Friday, with overtime and additional hours based on business needs Compensation: $23.00–$25.00 per hour

Southern Staircase, an Edge Building Solutions company, is expanding our team and looking for an experienced Stair Installation Technician & Delivery Specialist. If you have a background in framing, carpentry, or woodworking and enjoy working on construction sites, we'd love to hear from you.

This is much more than a driving position. You'll transport materials to job sites and play a key role in installing custom stair systems for residential and commercial projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Installing straight, curved, and custom stair systems at residential and commercial construction sites
• Reviewing blueprints and installation layouts to ensure precise work
• Measuring, cutting, leveling, fastening, and assembling stair components with hand and power tools
• Delivering materials safely using a 26-foot box truck
• Loading and unloading products weighing up to 75 pounds
• Assisting with warehouse duties when operational needs require
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas on every project

What We're Looking For

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry, framing, woodworking, or a related construction trade (Required)
• Comfortable using saws, drills, levels, tape measures, and other carpentry tools
• Able to interpret construction layouts and installation drawings
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• DOT Medical Card or willingness to obtain one
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to routinely lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work outdoors
• Dependable, safety-minded, and committed to producing quality work
