This position is responsible for maintaining empty locations within the distribution center to ensure they are ready for putaways and product storage. This role supports efficient inventory flow by verifying empty locations, updating system records, and assisting with inventory accuracy and related operational tasks.Â
Morning Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
Starting Hourly Rate: $20.50 - $22.00/hr
Responsibilities
Pull product and empty pallets from exhausted bin locations.Â
Run the empty locations report.Â
Use the empty locations report to verify each location is empty and adjust in/out when needed.Â
Assist with the verification of inventory.Â
Maintain accuracy of the Oracle storage locations and corresponding physical locations.Â
Ability to learn and assist in the development of audit processes and Kanban delivery signals.Â
Perform cycle counts on inventory.Â
Maintain storage locations and labeling.Â
Maintain good housekeeping.Â
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.Â
Qualifications
3 years manufacturing, marketing, or warehouse experience preferredÂ
High school diploma or GEDÂ
Ability to read BOMÂ
Ability to read a receiving scheduleÂ
Must obtain LTO license at RheemÂ
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Perform inventory transactions using Korber and High JumpÂ
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint within the first 6 monthsÂ
Proficient with Oracle inventory applications within the first 6 monthsÂ
Ability to review transactions and receipts for anomalies within the first 6 monthsÂ
Ability to communicate effectively to employees and managementÂ
The ability to work from written or verbal ordersÂ
The ability to repeatedly lift 5 to 50lbÂ
The ability to read and write in EnglishÂ
Ability to work overtime as neededÂ
