The Care Team Hospice is seeking a compassionate and empathetic Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families during life's most meaningful moments. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by helping individuals navigate their hospice journey with dignity, comfort, and peace. As a Hospice Chaplain, you'll partner with our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized spiritual care, emotional guidance, and bereavement support while honoring each patient's beliefs, values, and traditions. Qualifications • Ordained, commissioned, or otherwise recognized and in good standing with a religious denomination or faith tradition. • Bachelor's degree preferred; Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent theological education preferred. • Previous experience providing spiritual care; hospice, healthcare, hospital, or pastoral care experience preferred. • Knowledge of hospice philosophy, grief support, and end-of-life spiritual care. • State Requirements may vary • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance required.
