Liberty Medical Associates is seeking a Full-Time Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our internal Medicine healthcare practice in Holmdel, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP who enjoys direct patient care.
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No Wednesday or weekend hours
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
- Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient education and preventive healthcare
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Promote a positive, patient-focused practice environment
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license
- APRN certification required
- Nurse Practitioner experience 1 year minimum.
- Strong clinical, organizational
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
