General Labor/Custodial Job Description:
- Running a Floor Scrubber
- Waste Disposal:
Properly disposing of various types of waste, including general trash, recyclable materials, and potentially hazardous waste, following established procedures.
- Safety Compliance:
Ensuring all areas are kept clean and organized to minimize safety hazards and adhering to safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
- Specific to Manufacturing:
In a manufacturing setting, custodians may need to handle specialized cleaning tasks related to production equipment or material
General labor/Custodial Qualifications:
- Cleaning Skills:
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation practices, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Physical Stamina:
The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Safety Awareness:
Understanding and adhering to safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Communication Skills:
- The ability to communicate effectively with other employees and potentially with supervisors or managers.
General labor/Custodial Minimum Requirements:
- Must be dependable and Self Motivated.
- Must have reliable transportation (Smart Bus Pass available for qualified employees).
- Must have excellent attendance.

General Labor/Custodial Wages:
- Starting Rate $16.00 per hour
- $1.00 per hour Shift Premium for Afternoon & Midnight shifts.
- Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
- Overtime may be required
