Community Medical Group is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-driven Patient Services Agent to join our Contact Center team.
As a Patient Services Agent, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for our patients. You will answer incoming calls, assist with appointments and patient requests, and help connect patients with the appropriate healthcare resources.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Compensation and Schedule
• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• One-hour lunch break
• After completing training, team members may work remotely one week every three weeks

What You’ll Do
• Answer incoming patient calls in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
• Assist patients who are requesting completed referrals
• Help coordinate transportation requests for Medicare patients
• Transfer calls to physicians, medical assistants, clinics, and other departments when appropriate
• Provide patients with accurate information and help resolve questions or concerns
• Document patient interactions and requests accurately in the appropriate systems
• Protect patient privacy and follow all HIPAA requirements
• Deliver compassionate and patient-centered service during every interaction
• Collaborate with clinic teams and other departments to support patient needs
What We’re Looking For
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous customer service experience
• At least one year of call center experience, experience working in a medical setting, or experience in a hospitality-related role is preferred
• Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning multiple software systems
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing excellent service
• High school diploma or equivalent required
