Responsibilities
- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions; maintain Purchase Order invoice reconciliations
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, providing insights into budget performance and financial health
- Develop and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Google Sheets) for real-time budget tracking and visibility
- Support cost analysis initiatives to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
- Manage internal vendor onboarding processes, including Statement of Work (SOW) routing and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) requests
- Provide training and guidance to team members on financial processes, tools, and best practices
- Coordinate across multiple teams, vendors, and time zones to ensure smooth financial operations
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, or program operations
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel), accounting tools, and financial reporting platforms
- Experience coordinating effectively across different teams, vendors, and time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Experience with procurement processes and purchase order management
- Analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Experience working in a cross-functional technology environment
- Familiarity with vendor management and contract administration
$97,000/year to $139,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
