Job Description
Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Combo Store Warehouse/Purchasing position. The Combo Warehouse/Purchasing person is responsible for accomplishing all shipping and receiving on a daily basis and to maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare all items to be shipped on a daily basis
- Notify appropriate parties of shipments received
- Place all items received for stock into their appropriate locations on a daily basis
- Monitor and maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels and places orders when necessary
- Generate Purchase Orders and Return Goods Authorization information when necessary
- Coordinate cycle counts and rental inventory in branch location and stock-points
- Maintain the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashion
- Properly receive all items shipped to the company on a daily basis
- Adhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rules
- Clean all DME in rental return room according to company policy and places items back in stock on a daily basis
- Disinfect all appropriate equipment according to company policy and places items back in stock on a regular basis
- Perform back-up delivery duties as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned or needed
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position
- Good organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Basic mathematics skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on an occasional basis
- Valid Driver's License
