HOURLY WAGE DEPENDENT ON QUALIFICATIONS
DHT is hiring full-time Gravel Train / Doubles Drivers based out of Reese, Michigan.
With beet season approaching fast, the primary assignment during the campaign will be beet transfer, helping keep Michigan's sugar beet harvest moving safely and efficiently.
This is a full-time position—not just a seasonal beet job.

During beet campaign, drivers will primarily perform beet transfer work as part of DHT's agricultural operations.
Beet season means long days, changing conditions, and a fast-moving operation. We need professional drivers who understand the equipment, take safety seriously, and are ready to work when the campaign gets busy.
When campaign ends, the job doesn't. This is a full-time driving position with DHT.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Primarily perform beet transfer work during sugar beet campaignÂ
- Safely operate Gravel Train / Doubles equipmentÂ
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsÂ
- Manage proper loading and weight distributionÂ
- Properly couple and uncouple equipmentÂ
- Maintain accurate, DOT-compliant logsÂ
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customersÂ
- Follow all DHT and DOT safety proceduresÂ
- Perform other driving assignments as operational needs requireÂ
WHAT YOU NEED
- Valid CDL-AÂ
- T Endorsement (Doubles)Â
- Valid Medical CardÂ
- Acceptable Driving RecordÂ
- 1+ year verifiable CDL-A experienceÂ
- 6+ months Gravel Train experienceÂ
- Ability to meet all DOT and DHT hiring requirementsÂ

Requirements
- Acceptable driving record
- Valid Med card
- CDLA
- T endorsement
- At least one year of verifiable CDLA truck driving experience
- At least 6 months of gravel train experience
Preferred Requirements
- At least 6 months of dump experience
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical
